Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities: Call Center Agents

• Conduct outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Monitor and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the team for best practices.
• Adhere to established sales processes and policies.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
• Adapt sales approaches to evolving customer needs.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Competitive Basic Salary + Generous Commission.

Pay: Rs28,500.00 - Rs65,500.00 per month
