Trainings Program Manager - Karachi

Training Program Development and Delivery:

• Conduct training needs analysis for various Client Experience units.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including creating curriculum materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires on HBLs Products & Services.
• Deliver training sessions effectively and engagingly.

Training Program Management:

• Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials distribution.
• Develop and implement assessments to evaluate trainee comprehension and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of training programs by gathering and analysing feedback from trainees and trainers.
• Maintain comprehensive training records and ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Track employee progress and performance after training to measure program effectiveness.

Talent Development and Support:

• Propose and develop Employee Development and Talent Management solutions, including new initiatives and long-term strategies.
• Collaborate with line managers to ensure a smooth training operation and new hire preparedness.
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases for training program management and employee records.

Project Management:

• Manage training projects from conception to completion, including planning and resource allocation.
• Organize and manage project teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Administration)

Minimum experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development or a related field
• Strong instructional design and development skills
• Excellent training delivery skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Project management expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
