A well-reputed multinational company from Aviation/Aerospace & IT Industry based in USA & Canada are looking for the 360 Degree Technical Recruiter (Remote) in Pakistan (Remote).

Contract Duration:

  • 1 year contractual at start to permanent position.

Position: Technical Recruiter 360 Degree

Description:

Looking for the independent, a self-starter and experienced Technical Recruiter 360 with focus on client satisfaction in Canada and USA. Willing to accept challenges and take initiatives regarding misc. technical recruitment activities. A bulk hiring is required with prime focus on the set skills with extensive recruitment calls.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years in a similar capacity.

Education:

At least Bachelors/Master Degree.

Office Timing / Working Hours:

6:00 pm TO 6:00 am Pak Std Time with 40/48 hours per week, 8 hours flexible depending on task requirements (2 days per week off).

Job Location: Remote.

Skills:

360 degree full cycle technical recruitment, Human resource planning, ATS, International job portals, client service, public relations, Customer / Client service and Cold Calls with satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Technical
  • Carefully understand the Job description desired for the candidate.
  • Focus on technical skills of the candidates.
  • Knowledgeable to deal with the international ATS systems.
  • The minimum volume for hiring must be met.
  • The minimum sales calls target must be met on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
