Job for Bachelor of Science-Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Only

Purpose of the role

This internship opportunity is for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in aircraft maintenance document management. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the organization, classification, control, and retrieval of critical aircraft maintenance documentation.

How do you get to contribute to the business?

  • Supporting the team on an ad hoc basis
  • Records indexing and auditing
  • Ensure that compliance verification documents are of an acceptable standard of accuracy and quality
  • Identify and report to clients’ discrepancies in technical records and traceability docs
  • Prepare, review, finalise and validate various reports as requested by the Team Leader/Project Lead/TRM
  • EOL Technical Support [CS update and final preparation for client and Statements preparation]
  • Execute Lease return/acquisition project plan through continuously monitoring the progress of projects; assist and help the Team Leader/Team India Project Lead
  • Independently manage (or assisted) in complete aircraft transition projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science-Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of aviation terminology and maintenance processes (preferred).
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
