Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in softwares like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier.

Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to optimize sales strategies and tactics.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through training and skill development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

At least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using software and sales tools i.e. HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zapier.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs111,260.00 - Rs166,890.00 per month
