- Managing all social media platforms i.e Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,TikTok,Snapchat etc.
- Design digital & social media campaigns according to business goals
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
- Leading social media posting and strategy, coordinating and putting together plans for big social events.
- Deeply diving into web and social analytics of not just our station but also our competition, to see where we can improve and what we should change about our overall social strategy.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
- Come up with different ideas on how we can improve online presence & engagement on all mediums on Social/Digital Media
- Reply all customer queries online & Update the Manager in case of customer query
