Job Description:

  • Managing day-to-day campus operations.
  • Calling potential students/ customers to explain courses/ services and encourage
  • purchases.
  • Answering students questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments
  • manager/Team lead as needed.
  • Overseeing the operations / administrative tasks, such as campus operations, attendance
  • management, class-room management, lead gen an inquiry follow-up.
  • Interacting with students/trainers/ branch employee/ customers and suppliers, answering
  • questions, and resolving issues.
  • Tracking/Preparing day-to-day reporting on operational performance.
  • Maintaining policy and procedure documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters with 3-5 years of experience
  • Expert in using MS OFFICE
  • Expert in Excel (formula, macros etc)
  • Monitor day to day tasks, coordinate with teams
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Tech - savvy (Fluent in Use of MS Office/ emails

Salary:

35,000-40,000/month + Monthly Bonus (decided in the interview)
