As an Operations Manager/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that it runs smoothly....

As an Operations Manager/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that it runs smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain office procedures, guidelines, and manuals
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives
  • Provide a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
