Weblinerz, a leading web design company, is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position with a highly competitive earning potential.

What youll be doing:

· Sourcing and screening top international talent

· Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients

· Driving the recruitment process from start to finish

· Leveraging your sales expertise to close deals

What youll need:

· Proven experience in outbound calling and recruitment, ideally with international exposure

· Exceptional sales skills and a strong track record of exceeding targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· A positive attitude, a passion for recruitment, and a strong work ethic

· Native or near-native American accent

· Prior working experience with US or Canadian companies is a strong plus
