We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with 5-6 years of experience in the US medical billing industry for our full-time night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a proven track record of success in business development roles.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities within the medical billing industry during night shift hours, targeting physician practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets, expand client base, and increase revenue stream.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs and address their revenue cycle management challenges effectively, coordinating efforts with teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, present solutions, and address concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations during night shift hours to win new business and achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and pipeline activities to management.
