Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies and practices remain current and effective.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Operations.
  • Must have Experienced in FMCG Industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
