Description
  • Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support related to T24 (Transact)
  • Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
  • Deploy and maintain utilities to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Branch Technical Support with respect to Transact (T24)
  • Maintain deployment architecture of the T24 in Production, DR and UAT environments
  • Liaison with relevant stakeholders in Technology Operations and IT engineering teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BCS/MCS Other related qualification

Minimum experience:

  • At least 3 – 8 years’ experience in managing and administering Temenos T24 system.
  • Demonstrated Docker and Kubernetes and RedHat OCP deployment experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding/knowledge of Linux/Unix/AIX Operating Systems.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of the Core Banking’s production deployment, maintenance and management is
