We are seeking a dynamic Professional Development Manager to lead the charge in promoting and enhancing the recognition of Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications in the Pakistan education sector.

About the role

This pivotal role involves crafting and executing strategies to elevate the profile of PDQs among teachers and school leaders, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting existing PDQ centers, initiating innovative projects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of professional development products and services.

As our next Professional Development Qualifications Manager, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQs) in the region, with a focus on promoting awareness among target customers. Your key responsibilities include strategising and implementing plans to enhance the business and impact of Cambridge PDQs, ensuring alignment with regional goals.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in providing support to existing PDQ centres, contributing to programme quality improvement, and participating in the development of new products.

As part of this role, you will:

• Develop the Understanding of Cambridge PDQs in the region.
• Develop the Business and Impact of Cambridge PDQs.
• Support Existing Cambridge PDQ Centres to Improve the Programme Quality
• Initiate, contribute to or Support the Delivery or Development of other PD products and services.

About you

To be our next Professional Development Qualifications Manager, you have proven experience in project design, management, and delivery. You should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures. Understanding of Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQs) is also essential to this role. Additionally, experience in organising and delivering professional development, along with a strong educational background in academics (or relevant business experience), are considered essential skills.

A deep understanding of international education, Cambridge Professional Development programmes, and key concepts in the Cambridge Professional Development is preferable.
