Project Trainee - Health & Wellness

A few highlights of the role that I would be requiring assistance with are as follows:
Training of VDs with respect to acquisitions and daily routine troubleshooting including device, RP, and FE issues. Account management which includes overall vendor communication including order refunds, one-offs, taxation, and invoicing issues. Expanding SKU count of pharmacies along with their images from 11k to 21k subsequently. QC and making menus for pharmacies menu from the acquisition team on a daily basis. Performance analysis or key accounts as well as daily updates regarding VFR and sales to them,

Having a new resource added to the team will not only ensure that we stay on track for the timelines of all aspects for pharmacies/ but also ensure that we excel at them

With that, I would also like to share some key plans for our Health & Wellness Category - Phase 2 which wont be possible without a resource.

1. Addition of B2B category
2. Initiation of Tele consultation regarding doctors appointments at shops
3. Extension of Herbal & Homeopathy category
4. Branded stores concept aiming a high NCR from Pharmaceuticals
5. Making strategies to enhance ABV for pharmacies
6. Zone wise targeting of cities in a way that every zone must have a pharmacy.
7. A strong marketing plan and its execution throughout the vertical.
