Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance for Sales Executives/Representatives:
- Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor both outbound and inbound sales calls made by our representatives.
- Evaluate call quality, adherence to scripts, and overall professionalism.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions.
- Key Metrics Assessment:
- Measure KPIs related to telesales success:
- Conversion rates
- Average order value
- Call duration
- Lead-to-opportunity ratio
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Sales Script Compliance:
- Ensure representatives follow approved scripts and handle objections effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and coach team members accordingly.
2. Order Processing:
- Efficient Order Handling:
