Overview: We are seeking applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Key Accounts” for "Marketing & Sales" Department. The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationship with key customers in various tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Growing business from existing BC customers by developing strong customer relationships.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking proactive measures to address their issues.
  • Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for key customers
  • Seeking feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality.
  • Assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers.
