Senior Brand Manager

Marketing and Brand Strategy

• Develop Marketing and Brand strategy for each product of the business division, based on in-depth market analysis, product performance and organizational vision, that deliver on business objectives.
• Supervise and ensure Marketing and Brand strategies are effectively translated in to tactical actives and executed to optimal effect by relevant teams both internal and external.

Product Development

• Partner in developing new product innovation plans, including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging, business proposal and approval, ensuring a product that is relevant to the market as well as in line with organization’s strategic goals.

Cross functional Coordination

• Work closely with all internal stakeholders such as Product, IT, Operations, Customer service & Sales teams, to evolve, optimize all product delivery parameters to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty for all products of the business division.

Communication Design

• Development of creative communication, platforms and propositions for all products in business division, grounded in key consumer insights, competitor analysis and global trends, that attain business goals while ensuring message consistency across channels and compliance with brand guidelines.

Consumer Insights and Research

• Develop, evolve and advocate a multidimensional understanding of target consumers of all products (psychographic, ethnographic, demographic, behavioral, needs, wants, fears, and key influencers) within the team as well as the organization and apply learnings to further enhance Marketing, Brand & Product Strategy.
• Industry Analysis
• Responsible for setting objectives of research for all products of the business division, inclusive (but not limited to) primary and secondary research as well as competitive analysis, competitive benchmarking and market sizing for all products and utilize findings to further augment Marketing and Brand strategy.

Financial Planning

• Partner with Head of Advertising to rationalize and allocate marketing budgets for all products in a business division, based on sales forecast, product performance/ profitability, market dynamics, consumer insights and campaign results, ensuring utilization yields highest results in line with business goals.
• Stake holder Management
• Ensure strategic alignment between all key internal and external stakeholders through effective and timely communication of business, marketing strategy and plans, resulting in a unified multi-team effort to achieve KPIs and successful execution of all projects.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop and guide team personnel.

Minimum qualifications:
