The Kidney Centre seeks an Executive Secretary who will be responsible to organize and maintain the schedule of Administrative Officers and assist them in their work.

Requirements and skills:

  • Must be a Graduate in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary preferably in MNC or healthcare-related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Proficient in Word Processing and Data Management Computer Programs
  • Having a Secretarial Diploma or Certification would be a plus.
