US Shift Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive their performance and professional development.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for presentation to senior management.
• Must be able to dial Hot leads.

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelors degree.
• Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: F8 Markaz, Islamabad.

Timings: 9:00 PM-6:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
