HBL Mobile is the flagship product for our banked (account holding) customers, with the purpose of being a one stop solution, serving all transactional (financial and non-financial) needs of the customers digitally, end to end, thereby positioning HBL as the bank of choice for everyone. It is arguably the market leader in terms of features and functionality, enabling it to build ~1 Mn MAU organically by now. Driven by the company’s objective to be # 1 bank in the private sector by 2022 with 60 Mn. customers, we are looking to ramp up the growth rate by expanding our team with the best and the brightest minds. Minimum qualifications:

• Business / STEM graduate from a reputable institute. MBA will be a plus

Minimum experience:

• 3 years of working experience. Candidates from digital / internet industry having relevant experience will be preferred.

Other skills and traits:

• Detail oriented and have effective time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate decision making and problem solving.
• Experience with Google Adwords / Analytics / Firebase and Facebook Analytics / Business Manager.
• Ideal candidate has to be self-driven and energetic personality, who can perform under pressure and deliver on challenging targets.
