Job Description:
A Customer Service Representative or CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English speaking & writing to deal with foreign clients
- Strong phone call handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relation Management) systems and practices
- Email Handling
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred. However, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Working conditions:
- The candidate will be working from home. Candidate should be willing to work in shift. Working day from Monday to Saturday.
- The candidate should have a dedicated workspace at home, free from distraction and with a high-speed internet connection.
- The candidate should have their own laptop with a good electricity back up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
