Manager Maintenance

We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Manager to join our team at Kernelpop. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of our food processing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, be well-versed in PLC-based machines, and have substantial experience in maintenance management.

Responsibilities:
1- Manage, supervise, and schedule the maintenance activities of the team.
2- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
3- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
4- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Interface with vendors for parts purchasing, repairs, and routine maintenance work.
4- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
5- Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations.
6- Oversee and manage budget for maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
2- 6-8 years of experience in a maintenance managerial role, preferably in the food industry.
3- Thorough knowledge of PLC-based machines.
4- Established relationships with local vendors for parts purchasing and maintenance work.
5- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
6- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7- Good verbal and written communication skills.
8- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in the food industry.

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
