Mandatory skills: Total of 10 to 12 years of QA experience, & should have played a role of a Project Lead for more than 2 years Proficiency in testing mobile applications, APIs, and databases Experience with functional, non-functional, network testing methodologies and tools Ability to lead automation initiatives, deliverables Should have necessarily worked on Agile methodologies Ability to incept smartness, tech prowess to make things easier for the team Should have Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build solid relationships with team and stakeholders Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management skills, people management skills, strong collaboration skills to get work done through others
Good to have: Experience in card gaming highly desired Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language for test automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Gherkin). worked extensively on game development projects only (at least 5–7 years of gaming exp.) Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools Familiar with AWS servers & dynamo DB in terms of testing dynamics Complete awareness of the gaming industry (market leaders, upcoming line-up of games, current gaming trends, end user tendencies, etc.)
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor team, ensuring alignment with company goals & product quality Manage and take responsibility of all aspects of testing from plan to execution to live to post live Understanding of both front-end and back-end development of a working product Review Effort Estimation, Test plan; Project Execution and reporting Conduct Test Scenario & Data Identification and Risk assessment & prevention Execute strong debugging skills and ability to analyse complex issues Demonstrate product acumen, understanding user needs and providing valuable insights Innovate and improve testing strategies for optimal efficiency Oversee project timelines, risks, and resources Demonstrate proficiency in time management without compromising on task quality Proficient in MS Office, reporting & presentation skills Demonstrate creative, Inquisitive, curious, presence of mind & intuitive skills Exhibit continuous learning mindset by self and team to stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies Excellent mentoring and attention to detail in everything related to product, process and people development
