Implementer HR Policies & Processes

  • Facilitates execution of all HR policies and programs within one specified jurisdiction in line with the bank’s HR strategy in order to maintain Bank’s operational efficiency and deliver exemplary service.
  • Facilitates HR processes and finds solutions to people issues pertinent to the business / functional area so that timely resolution is evident, resulting in enhanced employee satisfaction.

Facilitator to Recruitment Process

  • Providing time efficient, quality hiring solutions through direct talent identification while participating in career fairs in close consultation with resourcing team.
  • Ensures that recruitment process adheres to prescribed guidelines for procedural efficiency and accuracy in delivery of required documentation to resourcing office for smooth case processing.
  • Supports the hiring managers in identifying candidates with required competencies within prescribed timelines to further strengthen the quality base of talented employees in the bank.

Performance Management

  • Partners in the identification of key performance indicators and individual goals with senior management in the assigned business area in order to ensure clarity of goal attainment and monitoring accomplishments.
  • Influences, monitors and ensures that goal setting, feedback and appraisal process is completed on time and as per policy for assigned business/functional area in order to bring smooth closure to end of review cycle and salary increments.

Regional Management:

  • Partners with the senior management to develop a customized attraction and retention strategy in line with their business strategy.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders preparing them to take proactive steps towards future recruitment needs in order to promote strong relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and strengthening HR Processes with 0% negligence and error in order to have satisfied culture and build positive image of HR.
  • Liaise with senior management and employees within due defined area to enhance communication and provide information dissemination and interpretation of HR policies.
  • Responsible to provide support in any disciplinary litigation related matters pertaining to the assigned area for smooth completion of acting in an amiable way.

People Management

  • Train, motivate and evaluate personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies.
  • Ensure that line managers are provided with quality HR advice with focus on learning to nurture a learning culture within the organization.
  • Responsible for conflict resolution and grievance handling on all areas within the regions for all functions.
