Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative at Mindstorm Communications. As a Customer Sales Representative in our call center, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and driving sales through inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Able to work in night shift (with USA timings)
