JAZAC Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Real Estate Company. As Civil Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Engineer Team Manager & CFO in managing financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our organization. Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Requirements:

o Proven working experience in civil engineering.

o Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D.

o Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc

o Project management and supervision skills

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o License of professional engineer

o BS/MS in Civil Engineering

o Salary Range: Rs. 70,000/k – 75,000/- per month according to experience.

o Experience: 8 to 10 Years
