Director Of Data Operations - Plutus21 Capital

The Director of Data Operations and Strategy will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of data operations, analytics, governance, and strategy initiatives within the Revenue Operations department. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of data management principles to drive operational excellence and support revenue growth objectives.

What Youll Achieve:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into our data repository.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of robust analytics capabilities, including data modeling, reporting, and visualization, to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines within Salesforce.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the companys revenue objectives, leveraging data assets to drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance and Product, to understand data requirements and priorities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data operations processes, enhance data quality and usability, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data professionals such as data analysts or engineers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to data operations and strategy, and provide regular updates and recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data operations, analytics, governance, and strategy, providing guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within data operations or revenue operations, guiding and mentoring data professionals.
• Demonstrated experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration from multiple sources.
• Strong background in developing and executing data strategies that drive business growth.
• Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data architecture and capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to data operations and strategy.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and leveraging data to gain a competitive advantage.
• Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
