We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chairman and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Chairmans schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with project coordination and event planning
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and running errands

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting high-level executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
