Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and source top talent for open positions.
  • Pre-screen candidates and forward their application.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and sourcing best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sourcing process.
