PA to Director Sales & Marketing

GFS Builders & Developers required Personal Assistant to Director Sales & Marketing.

The primary responsibilities will include managing the directors schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to optimize productivity and efficiency and ensure smooth operations of sales & marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

 Manage the directors calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

 Coordinate and prioritize incoming inquiries and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

 Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, including conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.

 Conduct research and compile data to support sales and marketing initiatives.

 Maintain records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible information.

 Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and streamline processes.

 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related industry.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

 Should have written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

 High degree of professionalism and integrity, with a proactive and positive attitude.

 Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

 Bachelors degree in or any discipline is preferred.
