Job Responsibilities:
- Review and Process Immigration Applications: Ensure that all visa applications are accurately reviewed and processed in compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Document Verification: Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by clients, ensuring they meet the legal standards required for immigration purposes.
- Client Consultation: Provide detailed guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration options and the necessary procedures.
- Application Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of application statuses and provide timely updates to clients about any changes or additional requirements.
- Compliance and Regulation Adherence: Stay informed about the latest immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the visa processing.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to streamline the application process and improve service delivery.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a positive relationship with each interaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in immigration processing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
