Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Motivate: Supervise and mentor a team of employees, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team, or related to work.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage team projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to senior management.
• Scheduling: make sure of keeping everything prescheduled, assign tasks and duties to team members according to there skills.
• Telephonic Communication: Answer and make phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
• Administrative support: Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements

• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Security industry and the ability to stay updated on new trends and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle conflicts and find effective solutions quickly.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Flexible work hours: Must be comfortable working with flexible hours, since we provide 24/7 service, so one must be able to adjust in morning, evening or night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
