Are you a passionate and driven recruiter with a proven track record of success in outbound calling and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with both candidates and clients?

We are a leading web design company seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a remote position with a competitive base salary of Rs.60,000 – Rs.80,000 (depending on experience) plus a generous commission structure.

What youll be doing:

· Sourcing and screening top talent

· Building strong client relationships

· Driving the recruitment process

· Leveraging your sales expertise

What youll need:

· Proven experience in outbound calling and recruitment

· Excellent sales skills

· Strong communication skills

· Exceptional organizational skills

· A positive attitude and a passion for recruitment

· A strong understanding of the web design and development industry

· Native or near-native American accent
