Job purpose

  • Implementation of GSK values through effective interaction with HCPs on regular basis to achieve KPIs complying with all GSK ethical guidelines and professional standards in an assigned territory, helping their patients to do more, feel better and live longer.
  • Arrange scientific education meetings for HCPs as per approved plan.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Medical Science Graduate, Pharm D, MBBS.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience with proven performance track record
  • Vaccines/Speciality experience would be preferred.

Key responsibilities

  • Make sales plan with specific goals, objectives, actions, and timeline for growing the business and achieving KPIs of the assigned territory.
  • Design and drive unique customer focused initiatives to build GSK advocacy and to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues who interact with HCP to develop and implement strategic programs to drive sales growth.
  • Effective sales calls to customers using Patient Focused Selling Model to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop high performance behaviours.
  • Achieve GSK standards in all KPIs
  • Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs and policies.
  • Set specific call objectives for each account and change objectives according to customer journey
  • Accurately identify customers trends and sales opportunities within the territory using SA data and other information
  • Maintain and update customers territory knowledge.
  • Provide added value to customers by extending exceptional customers services to the total account
  • Effectively utilize the promotional resources
  • Have a firsthand knowledge of disease area, products, and those of competitors.
  • Plan and organize Scientific Engagement for HCPs
  • Observe and monitors competitors activities in the local market and plan counter sales strategies
  • Explore opportunities for new development
  • Actively communicate market information having any impact on the business to manager
  • Any other related activity as directed by the Management from time to time
