Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist the manager to execute and generate corporate values and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage all the operations of Bulk oil buying / selling and assist in oil locking.
  • Trading of Hard & Soft Oil in local market.
  • Managing all the execution of oil logistic inward and outward.
  • Review and approve vendor invoicing, contracts and other key documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain all the sales & buying in SAP.
  • Responsible for maintaining CXC and matching stock position of company.
  • Payments from customers, timely execution of their deliveries & issuing of the invoices.
  • Creation of contribution sheet of commercial stock.
  • Monthly settlement of Debit / Credit notes from Malaysia office & settlement of funds from ERCO in our commercial invoices.
  • Currently looking after all the SAP matters of BOT.

  • Inward OTIF Oil
  • Import documents for the clearance
  • CXC management
  • Debit/Credit Note settlement
Work experience requirement

3+ years of relevant experience in bulk oil trading.

Qualification

Masters in Business Administration
