Position Summary:

Plutus21 Capital is seeking an experienced Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining website functionality through WordPress plugins and custom coding, working closely with designers to ensure the website meets client requirements. The Web Developer will also be responsible for security measures, website backups, and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WordPress development, a strong understanding of front-end technologies, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites/ Webflow websites for clients, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement design mockups into functional websites.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes/ Webflow templates and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with WordPress websites.
• Customize existing themes and plugins for improved functionality and design.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify JavaScript, jQuery and PHP.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with responsive website design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of website security and implementing website backups.
• Experience in building sites with page builders like Elementor, Wp bakery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, clients, and project managers.
• Experience with SEO optimization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in creating custom designs from scratch in Elementor.
• Experience in Figma design to WordPress/Webflow.
• Comfortable with debugging tools like Chrome inspector.
• Familiar with domain hosting setups/functionalities.
