Job Description

This is an entry level role in Logistics department and looking for excellent english communicators, training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, negotiation, computing, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.
  • Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low
  • Manage shipment budgets
  • Track & fix shipping errors
  • Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods
  • Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer
  • Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background at least graduate level qualification.
  • Fresh Graduates will be preferred
  • Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
  • Fluent in spoken and written English language skills
  • Excellent computing skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
