We are specialized in manufacturing and export of paper based products worldwide along with digital and marketing solutions. We offer packaging solutions to clients worldwide, helping them fulfill their packaging needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a USA/UK-based Customer Sales Representative/Call Center Agent. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. It requires effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of packaging will be a plus point
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales roles will be preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred

This is a night shift job having timing 8pm-5am.Basic salary will be between 40000 -80000 based on skills and experience. Competitive sales commission will also be provided. Fresh candidates having linguistics skills/qualification can also apply with confidence.
