Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in using GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or other relevant platforms. Understand surveying tools, equipment, and surveying technology.

Responsibilities
  • Field markup of points provided by engineering, consultants, or fieldworks planners.
  • Pickup as-builts from field projects daily
  • Manage as built layers within GIS/AutoCAD/DGPS
  • Draft maps, drawings and create a database of survey data including development layouts, production drill mark-ups and miscellaneous layouts.
  • Collect, update, integrate, and document geospatial data from the field to existing GIS data sets.
  • Participate in fieldwork activities such as data collection, GPS mapping, and site visits.
  • Develop and update various maps for exhibits, reports and meeting at different scales and layouts using GIS/ desktop software (ArcGIS).
  • Assist in collecting and organizing spatial data from various sources, including satellite imagery, GPS, surveys, and databases. Manage and maintain GIS databases effectively.
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of spatial data through quality assurance procedures and data validation techniques.
