As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to join our team and provide integral support to our CEO.

Position Overview:

The Executive Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in advancing our Design services + 3D Renderings business in international markets. The ideal candidate possesses an MBA degree in Marketing & Sales, along with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in internal markets. This individual should be proficient in LinkedIn, particularly in the use of LinkedIn sales navigation tools, and have a strong grasp of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and drive day-to-day and overall strategic business plans for the promotion, growth, and sustainability of our international services.
  • Actively engage in B2B sales initiatives, fostering and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in Europe, USA, UK, and Canada.
  • Demonstrate self-driven initiative in promoting and pushing business plans and strategies from construction to day-to-day operations.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, assisting in making informed decisions and taking the right steps to promote business growth.
  • Utilize proficiency in LinkedIn sales navigation tools and social media platforms to enhance business outreach and visibility.
  • Oversee and supervise the implementation of business plans, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion.
  • Drive and motivate the team to achieve business objectives and meet targets.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and proactively identify opportunities for business development.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and other strategic approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Conduct effective email and phone outreach to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and successful delivery of services.

Required Qualification:

  • MBA Marketing & Sales from a reputable institute.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in Europe, USA, UK, and Canada.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sales navigation tools and social media platforms.
  • Self-driven individual with a passion for promoting and pushing business plans and strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in promoting services business in international markets.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary: 45,000
  • Lunch/Dinner provided
  • Performance-based half-yearly and yearly bonuses
  • Yearly salary increments
  • Handsome commissions on every sale
