The following schedule for inspection, submission of bids and delivery etc. is to be strictly adhered to:

Inspection of items

4th & 5th of July 2024 from 9:00am to 4:00pm



Submission of bids & earnest money

5th July 2024 9:00am to 3:00pm



Announcement of successful bidder

5th July 2024 at 07:00pm



Payment of full amount by successful bidder and Delivery of lot to successful bidder

8th July 2024 during 9:00am to 3:00pm



Refund of earnest money to un-successful bidders

9th July 2024 during 9:00am to 3:00pm


Terms and Conditions:

  • Earnest money PKR20,000/- respectively must be deposited with IWMI-Pakistan in the form of CASH at the time of submitting bids.
  • The Earnest money will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders upon presentation of IWMI Pakistans original receipt during the time and date stated above. The Earnest money not collected within one week will be forfeited without any claim against IWMI Pakistan.
  • All items would be sold in lots (details mentioned below).
  • The Sales Committee would review the sealed bids received and after approval would announce successful bidders on 5th July 2024. The successful bidders would be informed by telephone, mail or e-mail, whichever is possible.
  • After award is made, the full amount of sale proceeds in cash will be deposited with IWMI Pakistan according to time and date stated above. If the successful bidder fails to pay the full amount of sale proceeds in cash, the bid would be considered forfeited to IWMI Pakistan without any claim against IWMI Pakistan.
  • The lots be removed from IWMI Pakistan premises by the above stated time and date. Sale Committee will not be responsible for the safekeeping and handling of the items after expiry of above stipulated delivery time and date.
  • Any addition / deletion, re-writing or erasure etc. may disqualify the bid.
  • If two or more bidders for any lot bid the same price, the choice of the successful bidder would be made by IWMI drawing "lots" from amongst the successful bidders.
  • The lots are sold on "AS IS AND WHERE IS BASIS" without any obligation on IWMI Pakistan.
  • Adequate labor and removal of items shall be the responsibility of the successful bidders.
  • IWMI Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
