Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • As an MTO you will be exploring & learning International Customer Services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent English communication skills and writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Job Timings: 06:00 PM - 03:00am OR 9pm - 6am (Mon - Friday) On-site

Office Location: Nazimabad # 3, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
