Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events....

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and handle or redirect inquiries as appropriate.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, including managing household and personal appointments.
  • Coordinate with other members of the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
