Job Description:
  • Hands on experience to develop the lookml models
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Look ML models that provide comprehensive data visibility across all business functions.
  • Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations that tell compelling stories and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement data security and governance measures to ensure data integrity and access control within the Looker platform.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Looker solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Looker performance issues and optimize queries for enhanced data retrieval speed.
  • Ability to understand the business requirement from business analyst
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Looker to increase business efficiency and improve decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand the lookml security model to apply the user attributes at AD groups level
  • Experience to implement the Data groups.
  • Hands on experience to implement the dashboards as per business requirement
  • Ability to transform the business requirement into Lookml models based on existing source data ( tables/views)
  • Hands on experience to explore the data from databases like Bigquery and sql
  • Hands on experience to understand the Linux commands
