Business Analyst

Mac Corp is the group of companies based on Macpac Films Ltd., Toyo Packaging Pvt. Ltd., TGA Sustainability Pvt. Ltd. Mac Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Ugao Agri Tech looking for Business Analyst at a group level, will be parked in Mac Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas of redundancy and inefficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflows and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular process reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create detailed documentation of current processes and proposed changes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed improvements align with business objectives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and present reports to management on findings and progress of process improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process management and improvement.
• Any other task assigned by Reporting Head/Management

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Atleast 3 years of proven work experience of technology consulting which includes CRM process design and implementation in a professional capacity
