ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Marketing Insights. The Analytics & Insights Executive will support the process of consumer insights & foresight through robust analytics agenda across GTR for cross category (total nicotine). Generate baseline analytics for regular data refresh & tracking.

Reports To: Information Lead

Geographic Scope: Global GTR

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Collaborating with GBS and Digital teams to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, marketing analytics and other data strategies that optimize efficiency and Insights quality
• Synthesize primary and secondary research and provide insights into category / brand performance through strong analytics using statistical modelling beyond excel.
• Provide effective support to Insights Manager for research project set ups for strategic research studies, managing internal partners for proposal and questionnaire finalization, LEX approval and managing agencies and handling recording system
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Support in bringing agility to the overall insights workstreams, starting from optimizing the way of doing research and ensure agile outputs catering to business requirements
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and support to maintain databases/data systems.
• Provide category and brand performance measurement and competitor reviews / in depth analysis

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

• Do you have experience running qualitative and quantitative research studies (end to end in collaboration with agencies and internal partners)?
• Are you familiar with driving insights through data analytics?
• Have you worked in important representation of data?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in insights or Marketing Analytics roles in leading FMCG/Tobacco covering all aspects of analytics and dashboards for marketing
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and extract actionable insights
• Strong analytics skills
• Challenging Status Quo
• Ability to maintain good relationship with cross functional team members
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong Project Management skills
• Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Business Administration
