Morning Shift Closers

As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through effective telemarketing and communication skills. You will engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote products or services to meet those needs. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the companys products or services.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
• Build and maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers.
• Listen actively to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Present compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
• Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
• Close sales and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales, and customer information.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and share valuable market feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales role is a plus.
• Excellent Eng. communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Inter to Bachelors Degree

Package :

• Basic Fixed Salary : 40-60K PKR
• Monthly Commissions and bonuses on each sale
• Daily announced bonuses & commissions
• other incentives, increments and bonuses from time to time

Shift :

Day Shift from 10:30am to 06:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40.00 - Rs60.00 per month
