Position Summary:
Plutus21 Capital is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, with a focus on global clients. The candidate should also have experience in business development and CRM management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors
- Communicate with investors to provide updates on company performance and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop investor presentations and materials
- Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Support fundraising activities and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in investor relations, client relations, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management
- Experience with CRM systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of executing successful business development/ fundraising/ account management/ communication strategies
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fundraising experience is a plus
- Good attention to detail
