Description: We are seeking an incumbent who will be responsible to handle the assigned day-to-day ocean shipments in the most efficient manner through strong coordination among vendors, consignees and customers.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Timely submission of ESI to shipping lines and consolidators.
  • Preparation of HBLs and FCRs.
  • Active participation in billing and costing.
  • Timely dispatch of documents.
  • Handling day-to-day operations and transaction in the forwarding area.
  • Work with team on reviewing and analyzing complaints.
  • Perform data entries (ISC+, GTN, GSC).

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of import & export operational experience at freight forwarding or shipping line.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of ocean import & export regulations and documents.
  • Must have excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.
  • Command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
