Role

Looking to add a Finance Executive to our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor payments, cash transactions, and invoice processing across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee petty cash management, including processing cash receipts and applying them to corresponding invoices within ERP, with a focus on proper expense allocation, GL coding, and meticulous accounting practices.
• Maintain precise financial records using Sage software, including monthly reconciliation of employee advance schedules.
• Analyze various invoices for accounts payable, ensuring accurate coding, and complete the processing of invoice payments within ERP.
• Handle comprehensive accounting and reporting for a Nonprofit Organization on QuickBooks, covering vendor payments, petty cash, salaries, and expense allocations.
• Manage reimbursements for employee-related expenses, including travel and mobile bills, certifications, ensuring accurate accounting, and policy adherence.
• Demonstrate a commitment to financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across various aspects of accounting and financial management
• Manage OPD-related tasks, including processing of employee OPD claims, communication with employees, and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee IPD-related activities by coordinating with insurance companies and employees to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution of any issues.
• Responsible for processing payroll and to support the finance function.

Requirements

• Graduation from reputed university or ACCA / ICMA qualified.
• Previous experience working in a finance or payroll team with sound knowledge and understanding of payroll operations and basic accounting procedures.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication & social skills
• Strong attention to detail
